In short: Geim is provided as is. Use it to organize and open games you're entitled to use. The games themselves belong to their publishers, and their terms apply when you play them.

These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the Geim app ("Geim", "the app"), provided by shaunniekins ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Geim, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. What Geim does

Geim shows the games and apps installed on your device in one place and lets you open them. Geim does not provide, sell, host or distribute any games, and it is not affiliated with any game publisher or developer whose apps appear in your library.

2. Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Geim on devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the rules of the store you got it from (Google Play or the App Store).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease the app, except as the law expressly allows;
reverse engineer or attempt to extract the app's source code, except as the law expressly allows;
use the app in any way that breaks the law or the terms of the store you got it from.

4. Third-party apps and games

The games and apps Geim lists and opens are owned by third parties and governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Their names and icons are shown only so you can recognize them on your device. We aren't responsible for third-party apps, their content or how they work.

5. Intellectual property

Geim, its name, logo and design belong to shaunniekins. These Terms don't give you any rights to them beyond the license in section 2.

6. Privacy

Geim collects no personal information. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Disclaimer

Geim is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the app will detect every game, be free of errors, or always be available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the app or these Terms. When the Terms change, we will update the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new Terms. You can stop using Geim at any time by uninstalling it. Your license ends automatically if you break these Terms.

10. App Store terms

If you got Geim from Apple's App Store, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where it gives you more rights.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
